This website, TALIOS Swimwear (hereinafter: “the Site” or “the Company”), offers handmade swimwear designed and produced by Talya Shabat. All products are original designs and are considered artistic works. Use of this Site and purchase of any product constitute agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out at any time. All items are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Minor variations between pieces, including slight differences in color, stitching, or finish, may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of the product. Orders are placed exclusively through the Site. Payment is available via credit card or PayPal. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The Company is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. International shipping times vary by destination and are calculated in business days only, excluding weekends and holidays. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its control. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Swimwear is considered a hygienic product and should be tried on over underwear only. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and are advised to carefully review the size guide before placing an order. Fit, coverage, and comfort may vary depending on body shape and personal preference. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric characteristics. All intellectual property rights, including designs, prints, images, text, and brand elements, are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

האתר TALIOS Swimwear (להלן: “האתר” או “החברה”) משמש למכירת בגדי ים המעוצבים ומיוצרים בעבודת יד על ידי טליה שבת. השימוש באתר ו/או רכישת מוצר מהווים הסכמה מלאה לתנאי תקנון זה. החברה רשאית לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת ללא הודעה מוקדמת. המוצרים הינם עבודות מקוריות וזכויות היוצרים והקניין הרוחני בהן שייכות לבעלת האתר בלבד. הזמנה באתר תתבצע באמצעות האינטרנט ובכפוף לאישור אמצעי התשלום. מסירת פרטים שגויים עלולה למנוע את השלמת ההזמנה. זמני אספקה מחושבים בימי עסקים בלבד ועשויים להשתנות בהתאם לאזור החלוקה ולנסיבות שאינן בשליטת החברה, לרבות עיכובי שילוח או כוח עליון. בגדי ים נחשבים למוצר היגייני ויש לנסותם מעל לבגד תחתון בלבד. האחריות לבחירת המידה חלה על הלקוחה, ויש להיעזר במדריך המידות לפני ביצוע ההזמנה. מדיניות החלפות (ככל שקיימת) מפורטת בעמוד ייעודי נפרד ואינה חלק מתקנון זה. החברה לא תישא באחריות לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים הנובעים משימוש באתר או מרכישת מוצרים. הדין החל על תקנון זה הוא דין מדינת ישראל וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.
